The Fulton County Board of Commissioners will convene for their regular meeting to discuss the county's 2025 budget, including funding for arts and culture programs.
The arts community needs your support - please attend the meeting in person or virtually, and make your voice heard during the public comment period.
Below is information on how you can attend the meeting in person or virtually. Whether or not you can attend, please email the commissioners as well to voice your support.
Important Meeting Information
Attending in Person:
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for security check
- Sign up with the clerk by 9:55 AM to be added to the public comment list
- You will be limited to 2 minutes to speak - be courteous and respectful but emphasis why the funding should be reinstated
- Bring a valid form of identification
Attending via Zoom:
- All virtual public comments and requests to speak must be submitted before the 10 AM meeting start
- Join the Zoom meeting at least 15 minutes early
- Ensure your display name matches your real name
- Have your camera ready if you plan to speak
- Keep yourself muted until called upon
